Document intake, review and system integration
Turn documents into records that can be reviewed, traced and imported.
These are illustrative workflow designs, not completed client cases or a complete service list. Other development, takeover, integration and maintenance needs are welcome. Scope, fees and timing are agreed per project.
When is this worth doing?
For operations teams processing supplier documents, orders or forms every day, re-entering data while wanting to keep their existing business system. Measure volume, handling time, missing fields and duplicates before comparing tools and integration costs.
Choose the right approach first
Try an existing document tool first if it covers your formats, review and export. Add integration or a custom interface when you need specific field rules, exception approvals, cross-system matching or a constrained internal connection.
Try the workflow
Turn documents into records that can be reviewed, traced and imported.
Receive document → check fields → human review → export. Missing or duplicate records stop for review.
An interactive browser demonstration with synthetic data. It does not upload documents, call AI, connect to your systems or create real orders. It illustrates a workflow, not a completed integration.
Awaiting checks. Nothing exported.
A focused first delivery
- Start with one document type, one destination and required fields.
- Keep the source alongside the record; route missing, duplicate and uncertain data for human review.
- Export only after approval, recording corrections and failure reasons.
Agree how to verify the work
Test agreed normal, incomplete, unclear and duplicate samples. Measure field accuracy, review rate, review time and export failures separately; agree targets for your documents. The demo does not run OCR or model extraction and cannot establish extraction accuracy.
Cost, timing and what to prepare
Prepare redacted samples, a field list, monthly volume and destination-system details. Format variety, languages, handwriting, access and API availability affect effort. Model, storage and third-party costs are identified separately before quoting.
