Language preference
On your first visit to the home page, the website uses your browser language to choose a version. A language you select manually is saved in this browser’s local storage (localStorage) for future visits to the home page. Choose “Use browser language” in the language menu to clear it.
Contact form
When you select “Send enquiry”, your name, email address or WhatsApp number (as provided), and project details are processed through Cloudflare and emailed to ProApp at [email protected] so we can reply and follow up. The website has no separate enquiry database; enquiries remain in our email system and are handled as needed for follow-up and service delivery. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Cloudflare processes the IP address, browser and device signals needed for verification. Direct WhatsApp and email links open the corresponding service.
AI-assisted drafts & internal notifications
We use the OpenAI GPT-OSS model hosted by Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare internal reply drafts based on your project description, service, timing and budget. Your name, email, WhatsApp number and project URL are not sent to the model as separate fields, and we try to remove identifiable contact details from the description. Please do not include sensitive information in it. Enquiry summaries, drafts and reply links containing the contact details you supplied may be sent through Telegram to the person handling your enquiry. We review drafts before use; they are not sent to you automatically and do not constitute a formal quote. The website has no separate AI conversation database.
Information you choose to provide
Information you provide through the form, WhatsApp or email is used to handle enquiries, discuss quotes and deliver agreed services. Please do not send passwords, API keys or unredacted customer personal data in an initial enquiry. If project data is needed, access and confidentiality arrangements will be agreed separately.
Hosting & third-party services
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times and technical logs for operations, security and abuse prevention. WhatsApp, email providers and other services you choose to use handle data under their own policies.
