Simon Tam has more than 15 years of app and web development experience. He works with you directly to understand the problem, decide how to approach it and follow the project through development, testing and handover.
ProApp develops apps, websites, business systems and AI systems for Hong Kong SMEs and clients overseas. We also repair AI-generated code, take over unfinished projects and improve software that is already in use.
Simon Tam discusses the project with you and does the development work. You can ask him whether a feature is feasible, why he recommends a particular approach and how the work is progressing. He also explains any problems that affect the cost or schedule.

We review the code, data and deployment to understand where the problems are. We keep what can be used, explain what needs repair or rebuilding, and agree with you on what to tackle first.
AI helps with coding, testing and documentation. The founder chooses the tools, reviews the code and is responsible for delivery. If your software includes AI features, we explain which results need human review and any limits on how they should be used.
You can bring us a new project or an existing system that needs work. We review your needs and the current setup before agreeing on what we can take on, what will be delivered and the timing.
Develop mobile apps or web apps, including interfaces, accounts and data handling. Device features are agreed before development.
