Direct communication.
Clear progress at every step.

From understanding the business and choosing a technical direction to development, testing and handover, you work directly with the person doing the implementation. When issues arise, we explain the cause, practical options and their impact on cost and timing.

Our clients include large enterprises and SMEs. Since our first projects together, these clients have continued working with us on their technical needs.

No technical specification needed to start

Tell us where you are and where you want to go.

01

Your current project stage

For a new project, describe the business goals and users. For an existing system, share the website link, current features and whether someone is maintaining it.

02

What you need to complete

It might be a first app release, an internal tool, a critical repair or a project that has never launched. Explain how completing it would help your business.

03

Your preferred arrangements

Tell us the available budget, target date and who can provide information and approve the work, so we can assess whether we are a good fit.

From understanding to delivery

Four stages. Agreed step by step.

Some projects can be quoted straight away. Others need a code review before we can estimate the work.

  1. 01

    Understand & assess

We review the issue and available information. If a detailed code review is needed, we explain the scope, fee and what you will receive first.

  2. 02

    Agree scope & price

We define the work, deliverables, acceptance scenarios and exclusions, along with timing, payment and the information each side needs to provide.

  3. 03

    Build & test

We agree when to review progress, using working versions and test records to check results. If new findings affect the scope, we explain them before deciding what to do.

  4. 04

    Accept & hand over

We check the completion criteria together, arrange deployment, documentation and access handover, then confirm ongoing maintenance if needed.

What will you receive?

01

Assessment & action plan

Reproducible issues, missing information, recommended priorities, and the scope and estimate for the next stage.

02

Change & acceptance records

Changes made, test scenarios and results, plus outstanding items and known limitations for both sides to review.

03

Deployment & maintenance information

Source code, configuration and operating instructions as appropriate, with account ownership, deployment, rollback and follow-up arrangements explained.

Working arrangements

Agree scope and responsibilities first.

For fixed-price projects, functionality, workflows and interface design within the agreed scope can be revised before delivery until you are happy, with no extra revision fees. Major new features, separate modules or a substantial change of purpose require a separate quote.

Assessment, implementation and ongoing support can be arranged separately. Hourly work and monthly maintenance follow their agreed hours. Post-launch warranty arrangements are set out in the quote.

  • The client appoints a contact to provide information, clarify business rules and review the work.
  • Agree how source code, accounts and third-party services will be managed at the start.
  • Coordinate production deployment times and related actions with the project contact first.
  • Agree post-delivery fixes, support hours and maintenance fees for each project.

AI makes more room for experienced, personal support.

Development and maintenance for existing clients have long occupied most of our time. AI now helps with development, testing and documentation, reducing repetitive work and freeing some capacity for new projects, so more clients can benefit from over 15 years of app and web development experience.

Technical direction, code review and delivery remain our founder's responsibility. Our long-term clients have regular development and maintenance commitments. To give each project enough attention, we confirm the scope and available start date before taking on new work.
