Up to 6 reserved hours per month for an agreed system, including communication, checks, small fixes and a monthly follow-up list.

The monthly fee includes reserved availability and ongoing follow-up; it is not calculated from the hourly rate above. Work is scheduled on agreed working days, and unused hours do not roll over. Initial takeover, new features and extra hours are quoted separately. Round-the-clock cover is not included.

How is hourly work billed?
We estimate the hours for your approval, then bill for actual time spent on communication, checks, changes and testing. We ask for approval before exceeding the agreed hours.
Do further changes to existing features cost extra?
For fixed-price projects, functionality, workflows and interface design within the agreed scope can be revised before delivery until you are happy, with no extra revision fees. Major new features, separate modules or a substantial change of purpose require a separate quote.
Can a project price increase halfway through?
Fixed-price projects are charged at the agreed price, including revisions to the agreed features. Major new features, separate modules or a substantial change of purpose require a separate agreement on scope, cost and timing. Work starts only after you approve.
How do we agree that the work is complete?
We define the features and acceptance criteria before starting. During development, you review working versions and we refine the agreed features based on your feedback. You sign off when you are happy, with testing and handover records provided. Post-launch warranty arrangements are set out in the quote.
Do I pay for the first conversation?
The initial discussion is free. If a detailed code review or technical plan is needed, we agree the assessment scope and fee first.
